VBT# Found in Us - Layla Hagen

Review: Found in Us - Book #2 Lost Series - Layla Hagen - July 2014

Ever worked so hard for something that it later comes and bites you on the bum when you least expect it ? Jessica growing up was the party animal, the one who wore all the sexy clothes and the one whom her parents always compared her to the good girls going "why can't you be more like them". This was until she managed to score her dream job in London working at an Art museum. I have always personally found the idea of working in a museum a job, that would be so fun especially since I love art and the history and London - that would be like WOW as it's home to the world's oldest museums and all the history "Swoon"
That is until she meets Parker, the guy who already saved her once from a bad decision when a date got a little bit too frisky and violent. Jessica knows she should try and avoid Parker and that their is something dark about him , but how can she stay away from him if everyone keeps chucking him in her way - how can she prove to the others that Parker isn't the perfect gentleman ? Parker has spent all his life trying to be the perfect gentleman and he has done an amazing job at faking it , that everyone except Jessica believes he is. What makes Jessica so different , that she can see right through his facade ?
Of course , we all know how this is going to end as the couple do the tango side by side dance and the tension and chemistry sizzle and then pop - everything goes sour only to end up with a possible HEA.
This book though it is second in the Lost series , can be read as a stand-alone novel as you can get the gist of the background of the story while reading between the lines.
