Review: Abby and the Cute One - Erin Butler

Abby and the Cute One (Backstage Pass, #5)

Review: Abby and the Cute One - Book #5 Backstage Pass Series - Erin Butler - November 2015
This is a series that I have read Books 2-4 previously and each one features a different boy band member and their quest for love and finding their perfect girlfriend and a HEA for now as they are only teens to early adults and being musicians you can't expect them to settle at this young age straightaway. A different author also writes each book. Book #5 Abby and the Cute One is written by Erin Butler and features the youngest member of the band, Nathan, he is also the only one not attached and has been given strict orders to act carefree and have no serious romantic entanglements as if he does then the band's ratings go down and it's bye, bye as NSYNC sings. While out one night, Nathan is cooling off and comes across a young female on his walk. She is carefree, happy, and reminds him of home and more joyful time. He also finds himself chatting to her more freely, and for the first time in a long time, he can be himself ultimately with no walls up. Abby is in town to audition for the opening act of a new concert which Nathan's band is headlining. When she turns up to the audition, Nathan is sick as he's stuck between two worlds as he wants her but knows if she comes on the tour, he can't date her. This book follows the Yes/No and secret relationship between Nathan and Abby, and I did like this story but at times wanted to shake Nathan and be like, let the others know they can help you as it doesn't matter what the manager says, he wouldn't have a job if it weren't for you guys.  I am now looking forward to going back and reading Book #1 so that I can complete the Backstage Pass Series.
