Review: A Lesson in Blackmail - KD Robichaux
Review: A Lesson In Blackmail - #Black Mountain Academy Series - KD Robichaux - October 2020
In She's Mine, we meet Trenton and
learned about his friend Nate. In A Lesson in Blackmail, this is Nate's story -
his family is who Black Mountain is named after and so he holds authority and
not just out in the big bad world and at school but also in the bedroom as he
is about to realize that he falls under the category of Dominant and has been
searching for his perfect submissive. Turns out the woman he is head over heels
with and can't stop fantasizing about her will be his perfect mate. High School
Librarian Evelyn aka Evie is the quiet type of librarian who lives for her
Friday nights as this is her time to visit Club Alias and be the perfect
submissive and participate in scenes. One Friday night, Nate follows her and
they end up back at her house and one thing leads to another and soon it shows that
Evie is the perfect yin to Nate's yang and has even helped him to become a
better person towards his parents and help get his OCD under control. I have
heard that when someone with OCD finds their perfect partner, it does help
lessen the extremities of their OCD as my partner is no longer ruled by his
need for routine since we have been in our house together for three years. As a
librarian, I do have to admit I did enjoy this book and I laughed out loud when
Evie uses the famous librarian line from the movie The Mummy. "I am a
Librarian". If you are in the mood for a teacher/student romance and a bit
of forbidden love, then check out A Lesson in Blackmail by KD Robichaux today.
