Millie My father – the Earl of Amhearst – intends to marry me off to a man I can neither love nor tolerate. He invites potential suitors to the Marriage Games, a series of tasks to complete before one is declared the winner. The prize? Me. Trapped by circumstances, my only way out of this farce sees me walking into tattoo parlours and sex clubs, looking for a suitably tattooed man that my prejudiced father will hate on sight. Except, while the man I find will undoubtedly rile my father’s blood, forcing him to rethink his humiliating plans, the heavily inked, handsome bad boy I set my sights on makes my blood hot for entirely different reasons. Review: Everywhere, Always - Jennifer Ann Shore

Review: Everywhere, Always - Jennifer Ann Shore - February 2021 Normally, I would have just scrolled past this book as the cover isn't very much to look at and is quite plain. However, the blurb pulled me in and it sounded like something that I would enjoy. The book follows a similar plotline to most Bullymance but this is one of those "nice" stories where the girl does get her happy Cinderella ever-after ending. Growing up it has always just been Avery and her mum against the world. That is until Avery's senior year and they are in a car accident. Avery awakes to find that she has lost her mum but gained a whole new family and they are wealthy. Avery never knew her real dad but turns out that is where she got her love of the medical world from as he owns a hospital. Avery also has a half-brother who is only a few days younger than her and a new stepmother. Moving from her small apartment, she moves to New York and learns to navigate the world of the upper-class an...

Review: Charity - #Black Mountain Academy Series - Rochelle Paige - November 2020 This particular one I was in two minds about as I did love the main storyline but then they chucked into another plot that we see happening in a future book and it just to be honest felt out of place and it was like we are going to chuck in this whammy OMG moment but only gloss over it. Charity starts with Corby King our male hero growing up in the foster care system after his mum died and his father in prison. Corby has had one thing that he worked on and made a name out of himself, his amazing ability at hockey. It has captured the attention of one of the wealthiest families in Black Mountain. The family has never had any children and have decided to foster Corby so that he can come and play at Black Mountain Academy and lead them to the championship and win the trophy. It is a dream come true for Corby, now he can play to his heart's desire and never have to worry about anything else. Me...

What started as a $10 raffle ticket, turned into a vacation in Vegas and a whole lot of expectations that neither of them saw coming. For Kevin and Lucy, it was just supposed to be a little fun but when they are served with a large dose of luck, everything suddenly becomes unexpected. Readers will fall in love with this rags to riches romance from Lauren Helms. The 425 Madison series is back with season three and Unexpected Expectations is now live! Kevin With everyone around me settling down, I’m happy to continue living my life single and carefree. That is unless I can convince the concierge, Lucy Wilson at 425 Madison to finally take me up on that offer to go out on a date. She’s beautiful, friendly, and her compassion for each and every one of the residents is admirable. Something tells me that she doesn’t see herself that way at all though. This is why I’ve made it my mission to break her out of her overly cautious shell starting with a lucky penny and a $10 raffle ...
