Review: Cruel Summer - Book #3 Summervale Series - L.L Hunter - September 2021 At first, I was a little confused with this book as it had been a while since I read the book, but as I started and reconnected myself with the characters I got back into the flow and like the others in the Summervale Series, it finished too quickly for my liking and ended on a major cliffhanger. Cruel Summer starts with a group of friends playing truth or dare and our main characters are Stacie and her boyfriend Ashton. Stacie has a dark secret and wants to keep it that way.
