Review: Happenstance - Part #3 - Jamie McGuire

Review: Happenstance - Part #3 - Jamie McGuire - February 2015

One of the things I hate about books and especially series is that often they finish too quickly and you find yourself wanting more and feeling a bit sad that they are over. Over the last two days , I read the entire Happenstance Novella Series and I have to say I loved it. Each book actually got better and better. In the third book, we see the further development of Erin Easter-Alderman's relationship with Weston Gates , but still niggling her in the back of the mind is that he was with the former Erin Alderman. I loved though how she felt right at home with Julianne and Sam, but had hoped that we might have seen a little more of Gina Easter and read her side of the story - maybe Jamie McGuire - you could do a Gina spin-off ? I did find though which annoyed me a bit alot of back and forth with Weston and Erin and found Weston to be honest quite needy in this book - it was like grow some balls and urgh I wanted to strangle Brady Beck as really what a wanker and a bully, Hope he gets what's coming to him in college at OSU. In conclusion though, I did find this series to be quite enjoyable and it did show readers what your life can be like when everything you know has been upturned and how hard it can be to fit into the life and when you finally do try and fit in, how the people in your old life react to you as we see with Erin's relationship to Frankie.
If you are a fan of the TV series "Finding Carter" and "Switched at Birth", then you will enjoy the Happenstance Novella Trilogy by Jamie McGuire
