Review: Pretty Little Liars : Merry ChristmAs - Christina Sky - November 2013

It's Christmas time for the Pretty Little Liars and I am loving these Kindle World editions. It makes me feel so at home and not lost without the series as we wait patiently till June for the next proper PLL book by Sara Shepard. Meanwhile , author Christine Sky has decided that it's christmas time and if the Pretty Little Liars think that this holiday - A won't be disturbing them , then they have another thing coming. From Hanna who is juggling a few guys these holidays from Caleb - who is busy in Ravenswood to Travis who is in Rosewood and even Wren - the doctor makes an appearance for her ? Who will Hanna choose and has her heart shifted with Caleb being away ? For Aria, her mum is back from Austria after having an accident we are all guessing was caused by "A" , but something is up with her mum ? Does it involve Byron or has "A" got other plans for Ella Montgomery up her sleeve ? Also Hanna's not the only one having to worry about multiple guys as Aria is back secretly seeing Ezra but Jake seems to be getting awfully cozy with her dad ? Emily , is on the out with Paige at the moment, but guess who is sliding up to take her place - Mona ? What is Mona up to - is she still playing on the "A" team ? Spencer - this Christmas Toby is off to speak to the Grunwald in Ravenswood about his mother's suicide/murder and Melissa is bringing home a new boyfriend ? Better watch out Spencer as "A" knows your track record with Melissa's exes and may try to set you up once again ?
No Holiday is sacred and off-limits for these four girls when "A" is on the loose.

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. It's time for serial killer time to strike again with Sean Slater's new Detective Jacob Striker novel out titled with the same name as a popular children's game "Snakes and Ladders". Review: Snakes and Ladders - Detective Jacob Striker Book #2 - Sean Slater - March 2012 It's amazing how much a cover can get you to read a book and then you discover, well I actually like this author as I picked up Sean Slater's first book "The Survivor" due to the fact that the cover had a hockey mask and reminded me of Friday the 13th and I really enjoyed the novel as well as the fact it was a school shooting which for some reason I enjoy reading about as it fascinates me ( just to add - I'm not pyschotic LOL) .
