Review: A Hurt So Sweet - #Volume 4 - Elites of Eden Falls Prep - Betti Rosewood/Isabella Starling - January 2020 Lai is dead and Dexter is accused of murdering his best friend in Eden Falls, meanwhile on a train headed to North Haven is Pandora and her new friend Alli.  Pandora has just discovered she is pregnant with one of the firstborns’ children and on a train to meet her birth mother for the first time. For those who have read the previous series, I keep thinking that is Pandora that stupid like Hello, she was living in Lily-Anna's shadow - shouldn't she have freaking recognized her, and then wouldn't it have been another clue when they rock up to her mum's and the first thing her mother does is hug Lily-Anna calling her - her daughter which of course she has seen her grow up as Emilian sent her photos, etc. When Pandora does meet her mum, we can see her mother is content living in a crazy world as Emilian is paying for it and she has everything she wants. We le...

Review: A Hurt So Sweet - #Volume 3 - Betti Rosewood/ Isabella Starling - July 2020 First, off I have added the name Betti Rosewood to the review as that was the name initially that Isabella Starling was using to write this series but I noticed she has gone back to her name on the cover of Volume #3.  Volume #3 picks up where Volume #2 ended with Lai calling Dexter as Pandora is a mess. She trusted Easton Brantley and look where it got her, she ended up having sex with the other boys Caspian, Justin, and Lai, and treated like dirt or as they use this term in the book a lot "toy" whose use is to be used and then discarded like yesterday's trash. When Emilian finds out she is ruined now by not just one but all five of the founding family sons, this is his last straw and he strips her of her firstborn rights and now Brazen has inherited the rights of Firstborn and Tianna - second born so this has reduced Pandora - to absolute nothing ( which puts her even lower than maids...

Review: A Hurt So Sweet - Volume #1 - Elites of Eden Falls Prep Series - Betti Rosewood - September 2019 This book was like WOAH, what the hell did I just read. I have had this book series for a long time and the other night was browsing trying to discover what to read. I opened up this bullymance series and OMFG I have to admit this book was the most twisted, sick, and darkest bullymance I have ever read and I have read quite a few. It wasn't just the firstborn guys who were sick and twisted but the Dad was a whole 'nother level. He was freaking sick and it makes you wonder how he acted with the girl Lily-Anne who he thought originally was his daughter. To give a tiny background, Pandora who we meet in the Lords of Wildwood Series discovers she was switched at birth with Lily-Anne Oakes. When this happens Lily-Anne commits suicide and Pandora is told she must now become Lily-Anne and take over her life as a Firstborn Child. This means she has to be engaged to Dexter who doesn...
