Review: The Hope Chest - Book #3 The Amish of Ephrata Series - Sarah Price - January 2013 It's interesting as I come to write this review as I feel I need to try and be a bit like the main character Priscilla as in real life, I deal with my own Susie character. In The Hope Chest, we read as Priscilla is quickly filling up her chest the past winter with crocheted tablecloths, her quilt from The Quilting Bee, pot holders, etc. Every couple of days, she sneaks up to the attic and admires it. Her relationship with Stephen is going well and it seems like Priscilla is ready to take her biblical vows and become a fully-fledged member of the Amish community and she has been allowed of a lifetime by the local Bishop Zook to be a relief teacher at their schoolhouse as the current teacher has broken her leg. Life is looking up for Priscilla, that is once again, Susie - the bane of Priscilla's existence starts to stir trouble up once again for Priscilla by spreading her usual lies but in...
