Review: Do Not Disturb - Freida McFadden - September 2021 One of the authors that I have found that I have always enjoyed their thrillers is Freida McFadden, she is one of those authors that everyone would have heard of as in the past couple of years she popped up in the world and skyrocketed to rival James Patterson's books. In Do Not Disturb, this book reminded me a bit of Psycho with the whole Bates Motel theme. The book starts with Quinn killing her husband as it was either her or him and she knew she had to fight back as she wasn't planning to be the one leaving in a body bag. Turned out her husband was cheating on her, she just didn't know who, and now Quinn is on the run and stopped at a small motel in the middle of nowhere called Baxter's Motel. The motel is run by a husband-and-wife couple named Nick and Rosalie.
