This series takes us back to a time before Nessa came to Willow Bay PD and became Chief of Police. In a small town called Rosewood, Nessa works as a detective at Rosewood PD. In Take Her Life, someone is killing prostitutes and sex workers. Nessa and her partner are on the case but Nessa is finding it hard to return to work as the new Chief keeps putting her down and she can't help but think of her new baby Cole at home.
