Looking for a quick
insta-love read? A Fireman's Fake Fiancee introduces us to Isaac, who is up for
a promotion as chief for the fire station and is running against someone who
would be useless for the job. The thing is though that the current chief and
his boss is a real family man. Enter Julia, she is here from Ukraine and owes
Isaac a favor after he saved and rescued her from trafficking. She agrees to be
his fake fiancee for the night and help him win his promotion. While doing the
rounds at the firehouse, Julia meets a newspaper columnist who writes the Dear
Abby columns and is now one of the town's most prominent and favorite gossip
columnists. Isaac is a bit wary of the situation, but Julia starts talking to
her in their native language and learns more about the journalist's background
and in a way, finds that night, a solution to her problems. From this night,
Isaac notices a spark blossoming between himself and Julia and plans to ask
Julia to stay and make it official. Will Julia accept and make a life with
Isaac here in America and will everyone, including the journalist, get a HEA?
Find out in the Fireman's Fake Fiancee, by Flora Ferrari. ( What a lot of F's
in that title, definitely alliteration going on there).
