Living Wilder (Wilder, #1)

Review: Living Wilder - Book #1 Wilder Series - Leigh Tudor - May 2021

This series had captured my attention as it sounded awesome, three sisters and each one a prodigy in a particular field after a car accident that killed their parents. We have our eldest sister who is a maths prodigy, the middle sister is an art prodigy and the youngest is a music prodigy. The girls were thought to be saved by a scientist when they ended up in foster care, however, it turned out to be anything but fun and safe as they ended in a world of scientific tests and experiments and when they stepped out of line, they were labeled psycho and crazy. When "the scientist" passes away, this is the girl's chance to finally escape and be free in the "real world". The oldest sister has brought a little house in a small town called Wilder named after her favorite children's books and given themselves new names and the surname Ingalls. There are quite a few Little House on the Prarie references which were quite awesome to read as they brought back childhood memories for me. The girls though don't exactly fit into this cookie-cutter town and will have to try harder, what will happen though when they lower their guard and their past comes back to bite them on the buttocks? Living Wilder by Leigh Tudor was an awesome sisterhood tale with adventure, action, and romance, and a finding yourself in the "real world'. I am now looking forward to reading Book #2 in the series which is based on the middle sister.
