Review: Intangible - Book #1 Intangible Series - J. Meyers - January 2012
Are you looking for a supernatural teen series to devour ? Do you love novels that include supernatural abilities ? If you could have a supernatural ability, what would you have ? For me , I have always thought that I would love to have the power to heal others and myself , to alter my appearance , to be strong and have the ability to survive no matter what and of course as long as you could control it -reading minds would be awesome.
In J.Meyers new series Intangible , we meet twins Sera and Luke. Ever since , the pair were young they have been gifted with certain special abilities, abilities that when they were little learnt the hard way that others around you don't see them as gifts and it's always best to keep them to themselves.  Sera has the ability to heal others and soon we also learn that she has the power to do the impossible , the power to turn vampires back into humans. Whereas her twin Brother Luke has visions and sees the future. The novel starts very intensely with Luke having a vision of his sister Sera about to be murdered then the novel flicks to the pair's everyday life including of course school, since to the outsiders they are average seventeen year old twins. However it seems that they are no longer safe and that soon the past seventeen years of keeping the twins hidden to those who want to do them harm is about to turn deadly as there are several people who know the truth about the twins and readers are thrown into a world , a world where we discover the twins are in fact a prophecy of long ago , a set of twins people have been searching for , for centuries. Now Fey , who has pretended to be Sera's high school friend - who we discover is in fact Sera's guardian must protect Sera and the truth must be revealed to the twins before it is too late. Will the twins accept the truth readily or will the pair of them feel betrayed by the people they thought loved and cared for them , the ones they trusted including their parents ? How was it the twins were the ones chosen for the prophecy and more importantly why is it now that they have been discovered ?
Intangible is a novel that all fans of the supernatural and lovers of paranormal abilities and powers will enjoy.
