Review: The Winter Killer - Book #3 DI James Walker Series - Alex Pine - October 2022 Was hoping for a good read finally on the Libby App as the last four had been DNFs for me, as they were just thrillers that were too slow and could not get into. Though book #3 in the series, The Winter Killer can be read as a standalone novel. The book starts with a hint that so far it looks like this small town has escaped the Christmas curse of the past couple of years of bad murders happening. However, we get to New Year's Eve and a murder strikes as the bride's sister turns up dead. The thing though is that this wedding party is quite tight-lipped and no one seems to be in the know about how the maid of honour ended up dead and everyone is a suspect. Review: Seeking Her - Book #3.5 Losing It/ Finding It Series - Cora Carmack - January 2014 This particular book was one that I was scrolling through on my kindle wanting something to read and figured It was about high time I cleared it off the kindle and read it.
