Review: Finding It - Book #3 Losing It Series - Cora Carmack - October 2013

Have you been enjoying Cora's series ? Enjoyed getting to know the characters ? In Book #3 Finding It we meet Kelsey - Bliss's best friend from their University in the Drama programme. Kelsey after graduating comes to the realization , that she is simply lost in herself. So she decides to up and leave and go backpacking around Europe in order to "find" herself but of course what she doesn't realise is that this experience has turned into a drunken party slut fest and in the process she has lost herself even more. Whilst out partying one night, Kelsey locks eyes with a hunky guy named Hunt and soon the sparks start to fly despite either one - not wanting anything officially. When things do get hot and heavy, all starts to go well until secrets start to bubble to the surface and when it turns out that Hunt knows the one thing she has been trying to avoid, can she trust him again with her heart or will she be too hurt ?
Finding it by Cora Carmack reminded me alot of the movies First Daughter starring Katie Holmes and Saving Liberty with Mandy Moore.
This is a series that I am surprised to say that I am really enjoying and I now am looking forward to reading the novella "Keeping Her".

It's time for serial killer time to strike again with Sean Slater's new Detective Jacob Striker novel out titled with the same name as a popular children's game "Snakes and Ladders". Review: Snakes and Ladders - Detective Jacob Striker Book #2 - Sean Slater - March 2012 It's amazing how much a cover can get you to read a book and then you discover, well I actually like this author as I picked up Sean Slater's first book "The Survivor" due to the fact that the cover had a hockey mask and reminded me of Friday the 13th and I really enjoyed the novel as well as the fact it was a school shooting which for some reason I enjoy reading about as it fascinates me ( just to add - I'm not pyschotic LOL) .
