Review: The Legacy - Necole Ryse - July 2014

I had a feeling from the cover on the left which is the ebook cover I had, that this book was going to have a creepy feel to it and OMG it did. The Legacy by Necole Ryse was an amazing and suspenseful read that leaves readers as you turn the last page and if you were like me re-read the last few pages twice wanting more and now holding your breath in anxious wait for book #2 . The story starts out like any odd boarding school story where girl gets into bad trouble due to bad boyfriend choices and then is sent away to a boarding school to get a fresh start in life. This school though is a private rich school where anyone who is anyone is a Legacy. Raevyn aka Rae's Dad went to this school when he was younger and everyone seems to know her dad but how come he never mentioned it to her and why does she have to lie about where she comes from or is it a truth that Raevyn isn't aware of ? Soon Raevyn starts to get text messages , notes and email threats from someone known as "B" and they definitely want Raevyn gone and will go to lengths to have her leaving or in this case disappearing if that's what it takes to have her gone for good. If you love stories like "The Liar Society" and "Pretty Little Liars" , then you will love "The Legacy". This is one book where I am looking so forward to the sequel whenever it may arrive. 
People, you must add The Legacy to your TBR lists as it will be one book , you won't be able to put down and it really will, leave you gasping for more.
 Readers, do be aware that The Legacy does leave on a massive Cliffhanger.

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. Review: Dr. Strange Beard - Book #5 Winston Brothers Series - Penny Reid - July 2018 If there is a family that I love to read about it has been the Winston Brothers. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
