Review: Four of A Kind - Book #1 Where We Were Series - Kellie Sheridan - February 2015

Imagine growing up as a quadruplet and being born in a smalltown where this is a phenomenon and made the big new. Now years later , the four girls and their parents are moving back to the small hometown they were born in and it seems that their arrival back is set to make headlines once again. The thing is though that these four girls just want peace and quiet and to find their own footing in high school and not be labelled as freak shows by the media. Four of a Kind mainly focuses on Reagan who is the quiet one out of the four , she would rather sit at home and play her online RPG games than interact with the world. What will happen though when she finally meets a guy who likes her for her ? Will she turn to her sisters for dating advice or will she freak out and crawl back into a hole ? Will her sisters find their own feet in the school ?
The first half of this book I understood , I have to admit but the second half of the story got a bit weird and it made me wonder whether other stories had been added to this book and then I got a bit confused as I had already read some of the next set of books.
Overall though, this book was awesome since I love reading stories about identical siblings.

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. We also catch a glimpse during this book of her past and why Aiden King's father blames her for his mother's death and why Aiden considered Elsa a ghost. Review: Dr. Strange Beard - Book #5 Winston Brothers Series - Penny Reid - July 2018 If there is a family that I love to read about it has been the Winston Brothers. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
