Review: Hitched - #Volume One - Kendall Ryan - July 2016

When I saw this book, I knew I had to read it for two reasons A) I love the author Kendall Ryan and B) I have a soft spot for books that contain arranged marriages and contracts - I love reading them. Heads up to those who don't like major cliffhangers though, if you are one of those people then don't read this book until all three volumes are released as you will be like NOOOOOOOOOO when you reach the end of the book . In Hitched we meet Noah Tate and Olivia Cane , their fathers started up a company called Tate and Cane and now Noah's father has died and Olivia's is dying and in order to save the business and also keep their inheritance as Co-CEO's the pair must complete a clause in their father's wills. The pair of them must marry and evidently produce an heir within 3 months of the marriage union otherwise they will lose control of Tate and Cane and thousands will lose their jobs. The thing though is that Noah and Olivia have this unrequited love/hate romance going on and can't stand one another. I have to admit I didn't mind the character Noah as though he was portrayed as the massive playboy, he did have a nice side to him and was willing to give things a go but Olivia was a stuck-up cow. Her character was so whiny and frustrated me. As you will remember me saying that this book ends on a cliffhanger - Olivia has finally agreed to get married and it is their wedding day when she recieves an email causing her to flee . Where has Olivia disappeared too and what will happen to Tate and Cane ? What was in the email that made her disappear on the most important day of her life ?
