Review: Sierra Jensen Collection Volume Three

Reading novels that are based on Christian Teenagers and even though they can be fictional characters , I still find them so inspiring and so god- awesome and you sit back and think , gosh I wish I could be as strong in my faith as they are.

Sierra Jensen Collection, Vol 3

Review : The Sierra Jensen Collection - Volume Three - Robin Jones Gunn -2006

Get ready for more adventures and misadventures with Sierra Jensen as I review Volume #3 which contains books #7-9. In Book #7 "Open Your Heart" we see Sierra join forces with Christy and her aunty Marti on a journey that takes them to Europe -particulary Switzerland as Christy is applying to go to boarding school there for a year. It is in Switzerland, that Sierra and Christy meet a Russian guy called Alex and it seems Alex has his eyes on Sierra - seems our Sierra can't keep the guys away from her. We also read on this trip as Christy with help from Sierra gets Aunty Marti to open up about her past and why she has hidden from God. When a tragedy strikes and they are saved, is that the proof Christy and Sierra need to show Marti that God hasn' t turned his back on her and will Christy say yes to Boarding school in Switzerland even if it means being away from Todd , Find out what really happens when you "Open Your Heart".
In Book #8 Time Will Tell , Sierra is back at home ready to start her senior year , however things aren't the same as she left them. Her friend Amy won't talk to her , no matter how hard Sierra tries - Is this the end of Sierra and Amy's friendship ? The school has offered Randy an ultimatum - cut his hair or leave , can Sierra bear to lose another friend in the process of a campaign of his own and what happens when Sierra misplaces her Grandma ? Will this event be for the best and bring two friends closer than ever , We read as only "Time will tell" what Sierra's senior year has in store for her.
In the final Book #9 "Now Picture This" , its Thanksgiving and that means its time for a giant Jensen Family reunion and everyone has news from Tawni finding her birth mother etc. However all Sierra wants is peace and quiet to ponder her relationship with Paul and to pour over his letters. But is Sierra getting in over her head as she reads the letters differently from others ? Is Sierra setting herself up for a fall as she has to take a step back and wonder really and "Now Picture This" whether her relationship with the Phantom Paul is as picture-perfect as she wants to believe.
