Review: Copper Girl - Jennifer Allis Provost

Review: Copper Girl - Book #1 Copper Legacy Series - Jennifer Allis Provost - June 2013

Sara comes from a line of Elementals , which are those who contain magical abilities from The Otherworld. Years ago, when Sara was a little girl there was a war which ended with The Elementals being banned to use their powers and if caught then they would be sentenced to death or imprisoned. Her father at the time was taken away as was her older brother Max a few years later.  Now years later, Sarah's powers are still in full effect and she has discovered the ability of dream-walking and this skill leads her to meet Mike Silver - an elf from the Otherworld. His Element is Silver and he wishes to take Sara as his consort. He will help Sara to re-discover her magic and at the same time help her to further discover the secrets her family has been hiding all these years and imagine her surprise when she discovers that people she thought she knew, aren't what they seem. This was quite a fast-paced novel and if you are a fan of Fantasy novels, then you will thoroughly enjoy Copper Girl - the first book in Jennifer's Series "The Copper Legacy". Though , I am not normally a fan of fantasy world type novels, this book held my interest and I want to know what happens next, so I am looking forward to reading Book #2 Copper Ravens.
