Review: Beneath the Glitter - Elle and Blair Fowler

It seems now that you can't just have your eggs in one basket, if you are wanting to strike it big in the celebrity world then the thing to do is write a book as well. Lots  of celebrities from Nicole Ritchie to Tyra Banks , Hilary Duff and now of course Gilmore Girls star Lauren Graham are releasing novels even suprisingly you have the Kardashians and Snooki jumping on the author bandwagon. The latest girls which have taken a leaf out of Lauren Conrad's books are the Fowler Sisters - Elle and Blair.  Though what sets these girls apart was that I went on to Goodreads and checked up their Author profiles and I was happy to see that Elle is actually a big reader with a number of books read and some on her too-read list which is a positive that we know that these girls aren't just trying to be like everyone else.

Bringing you today on The Phantom Paragrapher is Book #1 in Elle and Blair Fowler's new series "London Sisters".

Review : Beneath the Glitter - Book #1 -London Sisters -Elle and Blair Fowler - September 2012

Have you read Lauren Conrad's series LA Candy and have enjoyed it ? Do you love watching the fame and fortune of Hollywood's socialities , the up and coming stars of the world. Now get ready with Elle and Blair's new series to meet the London Sisters - Ava and Sophie. Loosely based on their journey , The London sisters are two sisters who have started their own make-up and beauty tip videos on Youtube. Their fame and fortune will begin when they are chosen as this years Webstars , which will lead the London girls into being introduced to the opportunity to create their own line of make-up and beauty products. However with fame and fortune comes consequences as the two girls are about to learn as they meet hot guys , the world of paparazzi and jealous girls. Can Ava and Sophie prove to the world that they are more than airhead girls as they meet gorgeous guys Liam , Hunter and Dalton ? What will happen though when danger strikes and the girls will learn that one of these guys aren't what he seems and that trouble will be what the girls recieve if they continue down the path they are travelling?
Beneath the Glitter was a fun and fast-paced novel with quirky and enjoyable titles for each chapter. I especially cannot wait to read Book #2 as this book did finish on a cliffhanger that in a way annoyed me as I found it quite sharp-ending almost like it finished with alot of questions needing to be answered.
So if you are looking for a good Hollywood beneath the scenes type read, then why not check out Beneath the Glitter by Elle and Blair Fowler.
