Are you looking for a good mystery novel to sink your teeth into ? One that will keep you flipping the pages?
Review: The Alias - Mandi Tucker Slack - May 2011
As readers know I am a fuss pot when it comes to mystery novels and I loved The Alias, this was such an awesome book which even surprised myself and it was one that I was captivated to read till the end as the books plot got more and more intense. The Alias focuses on a mother/son pair Jacey Grayson and her son Blaze. Divorced from her ex-husband Jacey lives in fear, that he will come after her and take Blaze away from her so she has been busy the past few years trying to keep one step ahead. What happens though is that Jacey is approached by the FBI and it seems that John is an even worst man than she ever imagined possible, so begins the story of when Jacey takes her friends ID and goes to stay with her friend Melissa's relatives, relatives that have never laid eyes on Melissa and her daughter. Now living as Melissa and Blaze are they safe or will the FBI and John track them down ?
A fast paced and intensified read that anyone who loves the whole fake ID storyline and being on the run will enjoy.
I look forward to reading more of Mandi's if her novel "The Alias" is anything to go by.
