Review: Goddess Boot Camp - Book #2 Oh My Gods Series - Tera Lynn Childs - June 2009
After discovering the news that she wasn't a normal and that she was in fact descended from a Greek God life has been a challenging time , even worst is that her powers are out of control and her line of descendant is closer than most of the students at the school. She has discovered that she is in fact the Goddess Nike's Great-granddaughter which explains why she is good at cross -country . Yes the Nike brand was named after the Goddess of Victory . However trouble looms ahead in two situations . 1) Phoebe's dad's death wasn't natural in fact he died as a result of using his powers when he shouldn't have and now someone wants the truth about her father's case to come out into the open - will Phoebe discovered what really happened to her Dad and will she learn whether he loved Football over her and her mum Valerie and 2) Phoebe's accelerated rate with her powers has the authorities worried , so they have sentenced her to Goddess Boot Camp where she must learn to harness her powers in time for a special test or else. Will Phoebe pass the test or will she fail and be exiled or worst ?
Find out in the finale of the series Oh My Gods by Tera Lynn Childs and stay tuned for her series on a Modern Rendition of Medusa.
