Review: Deadly Little Voices - Book #4 Touch Series - Laurie Faria Stolarz - December 2011
Alot has happened in Camilla's life lately, ever since saving Adam - her and Ben have taken a break from each other and it seems that Ben has moved on without her , especially since he has a "I saved Camilla's life" story and all the girls love a good hero. Aunt Alexia has moved home and Camilla after reading her journal hopes she can talk to her a bit more about their shared gift as Camilla has started to hear voices and they aren't nice ones either and she believes she is headed down to crazytown. Is the voices a new add-on to her ability to sense danger ? The story starts with two people writing letters - Jack and Jill . At first since Camilla's mum is called Jilly, I thought it might have been something to do with her mother but turns out that it's happening right this instance. Camilla can't stop sculpting and hearing voices and it's getting worse as it's interrupting her schooling and work. As the visions and voices come forth, Camilla thinks that it's a loner girl at her school that is in trouble, but when Camilla goes to help and the girl accuses her of stalking - can Camilla prove to her that she is in trouble without looking more like a freak ? Especially now , when it's all over the school about her little freakout moment in Art. Deadly Little Voices was a more deeper novel than the other in the series and provided the reader with numerous storylines. The same resulting though in whether Camilla can make it out alive from another nasty situation and can she reach the "one" she should save , especially since it seems that Aunt Alexia is having the same dreams and visions. What will happen though when Camilla's aunt has to leave for more treatment ? Can Camilla share with someone who will believe her, what she is capable of or will they place her in the same category as her Aunty ?
