VBT# Write to Me - Nora Raines
Review: Write to Me - Nona Raines - September 2015
True love only comes around once and more often than not, we only have one soulmate. For Gloria, hers was her husband Emilio who passed away twelve years ago now. While at the local bookshop one day, she found a letter - a romantic one that someone had started writing, she had it memorised and was going to make it her mission to find out who wrote it as it was the making of true love. While at the bookshop, heading towards the sonnets book where the letter originated Gloria runs into Professor Bryan Dunn who we learn is a bit of a casanova around the college campus . The pair get talking and one thing leads to another and Bryan wanting to get into Gloria's pants admits he was the one who wrote the letter but couldn't send it as he was frightened. This letter begins the foundation of a friendship and maybe something more between Bryan and Gloria, something she hasn't felt for anyone since her husband who used to write her poetry and leave her notes lying around . What will happen though when not only does she discover the truth about the letter's owner and Bryan but she will also have her memory shattered when she learns about the poetry her husband used to write her.
This is one of those second chance at love stories aimed at the middle aged age group, the ones that have been through divorces , deaths and broken marriages as everyone deserves a HEA no matter what their past has been like.
