Hanna Holland has lived her whole life as a normal girl , that is until she was found covered in her friends blood , her friend dead and no recollection of what had happened. All is odd but then Hanna is taken to a Tudor looking estate which happens to be her fathers and she discovers that she is in fact Hanna Hyde - daughter of the infamous Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde and that her mother was a Siren. Just as Hanna has more questions of her past and who she is , her father dies leaving Hanna stuck in a whole new reality with little knowledge of who she really is or what she is. Enter Marcus - he is one of the Dark Ones - the vampire who the tale of Dracula is based on. Hanna feels strongly about Marcus but when she discovers his true intentions - will she be able to escape him or will their bond be strong ? Also Hanna is being looked at to be recruited into the organisation known as The Devil's Roses. The Devil's Roses are the ones who make it their mission to kill the Dark Ones and anyone who uses their supernatural abilities to endanger others. Who will Hanna choose to join - Marcus and his mission to find a cure for her changing into Ms. Hyde or Accept her ability and become part of the Devil's Roses ?
