Review: A Cross Country Christmas - Book #1.5 Woodfall Girls - Tiffany King - November 2013

Looking for a sweet Christmas Novella to read ? Part of the 12 NA's of Christmas series , Tiffany King has released "A Cross Country Christmas". With the holiday season and christmas looming, Jamie is making her way back home and she has one Christmas wish - that she hopes she does not run into Grant. He was the boy she grew up with and loved until they went their separate ways. Jamie is now a famous food blogger, which I thought since I love book blogging was pretty neat. When she boards the plane, she discovers that Grant is on the same plane as her as he's heading home for the holidays as well. Disaster strikes though and the plane starts to plumment and has to make an emergency landing. It seems like the blizzards of Christmas have arrived and no-one is flying out. The pair of them wanting to get home quicker, decide to rent a car relunctantly together and so begins the descent home. Will the pair of them rekindle their romance along the way and Jamie and Grant recieve the gift of love this Christmas ? or Will fate play a nasty game on them and have them hating each other even more so when they finally arrive home after their trek across the country roads ?

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. We also catch a glimpse during this book of her past and why Aiden King's father blames her for his mother's death and why Aiden considered Elsa a ghost. Review: Dr. Strange Beard - Book #5 Winston Brothers Series - Penny Reid - July 2018 If there is a family that I love to read about it has been the Winston Brothers. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
