Wanting a nice break-up novel to read , one that agrees with you - when you think all guys are jerks and Big Fat Idiots ?

Review : The Lonely Hearts Club - Elizabeth Eulberg- 2010

For Penny Lane , she only ever loved one guy and when she caught him with another girl -it turned her life upside down. Upset and distraught Penny Lane turns to the guys whom her and her family are namesakes and big on - the only 4 reliable guys in the world left "The Beatles".
Inspired by one of the Beatles songs "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club" , Penny Lane decides to start up a club called "The Lonely Hearts" - a club for girls who have sworn off dating high school boys. The Club just starts out Penny and her friends and soon -about halfway through the novel, we see the club form into a massive group of women -kind of like a Gremaine Greer's Feminist party.
Soon, however the imaginable happens, just as her club is becoming a high school phenomenon , a guy whom Penny has liked for a while has decided to return the favour and soon Penny is torn between her feelings for this guy and her club.
Has her club taken the rules of celibacy too far and what will their reaction to Penny be if she is to fall in love with the new guy of her dreams. A sweet guy who is one of those one in a million -sweet guys.

As The tagline goes " Love is all you need .... or is it ?

    That sounds like a lovely book. I like that the author named the main character Penny Lane & it's inspired by a Beatles song.

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. Review: Dr. Strange Beard - Book #5 Winston Brothers Series - Penny Reid - July 2018 If there is a family that I love to read about it has been the Winston Brothers. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
