Review: Hidden Falls - Episode #12 The Groundskeeper Remembered - Olivia Newport - April 2014

Well, we are nearly at the end of this serial and I have to say that so far, it has been an enjoyable one that I am almost scared to read Episode #13 as of course I want to know where Quinn has been all this time and how everything is connected , but then as a reader and an invested one at that - I am scared that the serial will not be as good as I hope and I will feel letdown. In Episode #12 , All Liam's worries are at an ease for now as Jessica has been arrested and it turns out that blackmail note wasn't for him - an interesting story twist about the note. Lauren is getting better and may finally be well enough to go on a first date with Cooper. Dani is busy trying to tie Bobby Doerr to the vandalism of her boat , Ethan is starting to settle in at Hidden Falls hospital and may have found a new home for himself - what would be even better is if Nicole would stay here ? With Ethan snapping Quinn's picture, it is discovered he is back in Hidden Falls, but why hasn't he contacted anyone and it seems that new clues could suggest that Quinn is in the Witness Protection Programme.  Jack still wanting his dime worth and hoping to make a buck where he can, heads down to the cemetery to discover more hidden information on the graves and who is buried there - if anyone is actually buried there as Old Dom tells the story of when he got a bike as a present from the Peases . As we all are aware ,the Hidden Falls episodes are great at ending on a cliffhanger and this one is no different as Nicole is kidnapped by someone humming Quinn's tune but the person is not Quinn. 
With only one more episode to go, I have to say that I have enjoyed the Hidden Falls Serials and I can't wait to see how Olivia Newport ties up the Disappearance of Quinn.

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. We also catch a glimpse during this book of her past and why Aiden King's father blames her for his mother's death and why Aiden considered Elsa a ghost. Review: Dr. Strange Beard - Book #5 Winston Brothers Series - Penny Reid - July 2018 If there is a family that I love to read about it has been the Winston Brothers. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
