Review: Next to You - Daisy Prescott

Next to You (Love with Altitude, #1)

Review: Next to You - Book #1 Love with Altitude Series - Daisy Prescott - July 2016

Sage and Stan love living in Aspen and have made the best of being next door neighbors, they are good friends and there for one another. The other thing that they don't have to worry is their feelings for one another.  To deter the others from getting with Sage, Stan put her on the no-touch list that the rugby players abide with as these are the females off limits and Stan's not the type to settle down with just one girl anyway. What will happen though when Stan finds himself injured after a skiing incident and Sage is right there to help him. One thing leads to another, and the pair ends up in a 'fake relationship". Of course, you can guess what happens along the way; the pair starts developing real feelings for one another - SHOCKER. (insert sarcasm) . I didn't mind this as I do love friends to lover type stories and roommate romances and since they were next door neighbors, it classified in the proximity as a roommate romance. The other thing I loved was that Daisy Prescott played on my love of Comics and everything Superhero with Stan's nickname being Stan Lee. The other thing I loved was the banter between Sage's family; it made me laugh. If you want a new adult sports romance with comedy chucked in between the pages, then check out the first book in her Love with Altitude series "Next to You" as you will find yourself shipping Stan and Sage.
