 Are you needing a fast quick romance read? UK Boxing Day by Flora Ferrari is set in the UK with a boxing day match - for those who don't know. Boxing Day in some countries is the day after Christmas and is considered a public holiday. I remembered when I went to the US over December, and on the 26th we were in Boston and it was so strange seeing everything back to normal as I was so used to it being a holiday. Oliver - our main male character is a championship boxer and in love with his best friend's younger sister Elle. She has been away for the last four years studying but has just finished her degree and headed home. For as long as Oliver can remember, he has been head over heels in love with her, and now she's here at his Boxing Match. Which of course, he does the stupid guy thing and tries to impress her and makes a fool out of himself and her as she becomes plastered as "mystery girl." Can Oliver find his Cinderella after she disappears immediately as the ref says K.O and swing her up into a whirlwind tour of London and show her that he wants to be her one and only? I have to admit this was a cutesy story, but my favorite part had to be the epilogue as always great to read once the characters have settled down and had a family as that's where the pure love of romance starts to shine through the pages. Fans of Older Man/Younger Women romances will love Flora Ferrari's instalove novellas.

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. We also catch a glimpse during this book of her past and why Aiden King's father blames her for his mother's death and why Aiden considered Elsa a ghost. Review: Dr. Strange Beard - Book #5 Winston Brothers Series - Penny Reid - July 2018 If there is a family that I love to read about it has been the Winston Brothers. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
