VBT# Just a Kiss - Kate Kisset
Review: Just a Kiss - Book #1 Single Girls Wine Club Series - Kate Kisset - July 2015
It seems that when girls suffer loss and find their boyfriends/husbands cheating , the only thing to do is pack up and move somewhere else where you don't have to face the reality. For Sarah , her mother died and then she caught her fiance in the act at their bakery in San Francisco. Desperate and upset, she ends up moving with her friend Danica to Sonoma Valley which is just over the Golden Gate Bridge in a lovely wine country - It's somewhere I've always wanted to visit as it just sounds so beautiful and exquisite. So , Sarah packs up and moves in with Danica to her mansion in Sonoma Valley. Here she opens up a little cafe and bakery of her own and is trying to rejoin the world of being a single woman. What will happen though when with Danica's connections, Jamie Santino - movie actor ends up alongside her in her bakery. Jamie is to be starring in a movie as a baker and wants to get a hands on experience and who better to teach him than Sarah , this will also help with a boost of business for her newly opened cafe/bakery. As they work together, at first it's a rocky start as Sarah has sworn off men and she definitely doesn't trust actors who are charming and suave, but when they kiss - it's passion. Can Sarah talk herself into thinking that it was "just a kiss" and nothing more ? Can Jamie prove to Sarah that he isn't just another playboy actor and that he knows that they have something special ?
