Chester Raccoon has had a horrible day and has gone home all sad and upset , it is up to Mummy Raccoon to find out why Chester is sad. It is discovered that something terrible has happened , his friend Skiddil Squirrel has had a terible accident and passed away. His Mum to make Chester better decides to explain to Chester about memories and how if we create a memory it is a way to show us that we will not forget how great a friend Squiddil was. Chester starts to recall that Squiddil's favourite things were Butterflies and Acorns , Chester and his friends rush down to the pond and all start sharing wonderful memories of Squiddil and the awesome adventures he had. This book is written with Preschoolers to Early School-age children in mind , and is only 32pgs long , so that parents can share it with their children also included are lovely illustrations designed by Barbara Gibson.
