Review: Meet Cute - Helena Hunting - April 2019 Every now and again I need to get a break from reading one particular trope and I like my occasional light-hearted romance and Meet Cute by Helena Hunting looked like it could be a bit of a fun novel. The novel starts out with the first day of law school and Kailyn falls over Dax who was trying his hand at being a lawyer after the TV show he had starred on the majority of his childhood had come to an end. Kailyn had a crush on his character but the real Dax brought out the worst in her and over the next few years they would in class become healthy competitors and Kailyn assumed mutual friends , that was until she was in the running for valedictorian and he sabotaged her chances and took out the Number #1 spot as he handed in her essay late.
