Review: Riding Steele - Book #6 Aftershock - Opal Carew - December 2014 As I come to the end of this serial , I have to say I really enjoyed it and it has renewed  my love in wanting to read more Biker Books and MC ( Motorcycle Club) novels, which is a good thing as I have many to read on my Kindle app. At the end of Book #5 Crossroads we saw it end with the crossroad of a love affair between Steele and Laurie and to whether or not they would be able to continue their feelings for one another.     Review: Riding Steele #5 - Crossroads - Opal Carew - November 2014 Steele has finally got Laurie back from Donovan's clutches only to recieve a phone call from Killer saying that Donovan is dead and Steele and Laurie once again are the lead suspects in his murder. Donovan was wealthy and had connections everywhere , so if things don't go a certain way then they will never be able to leave the invisible clutches of Donovan. In this book , we see the aftermath of what happened to Laurie and we read as Steele pushes her away as he knows that his life as a biker and on the road isn't the one Laurie wants - she needs a life of security and stability, something that he can't give her. So of course, what does he do - he does what every man in this situation and who can't really express his true feelings does - he lies and tells her she meant nothing to him.     Review: Riding Steele - Book #4 Wanted - Opal Carew - November 2014 Continuing on with Opal Carew's serial "Riding Steele" I bring to you Part #4 and I have to say that after reading up to this book , it has renewed my interest in reading Biker books - so I will have to start reading the many biker books on my Ipad.  At the end of Book #3 Collide , we read as an arrest warrant had gone out for Laurie by her ex-boyfriend Donovan and now Steele and his Biker buddies have up and left their cabin and are headed elsewhere, where they cannot be found. In this book we also read as Steele is falling for Laurie and vice versa , but as we read on we are about to discover that their is double standards when it comes to girls and the sex vs relationship issue comes up.     Review: Riding Steele #3 Collide - Opal Carew - November 2014 At the end of Book #2 , we read as Laurie tried to escape and managed to catch up with a policeman. Turns out though that the policeman is one of Steele's friends and actually worked undercover as a biker with the nickname Killer. He is also the friend of Laurie's brother who set the guys up to keep an eye on her and isn't very happy that they have committed the felony of Kidnapping. In Collide, we do see the passion and intensity start to flare between Steele and Laurie as she hands himself over to him and this book folks is quite steamy as the pair have several sex scenes in Collide and remember it's only a serial episode so of course the sex takes up alot of pages. In Collide , we also learn more about Donovan's past as Killer has done a background check on him and we learn a little more about Laurie's background with him and the way their relationship worked.   Review: Riding Steele -#2 Untamed - Opal Carew - November 2014 Please note that this is a serial - so it must be read in order otherwise you won't get the complete story:  At the end of Book #1 Kidnapped , we read as Laurie had discovered that she had been taken to Steele's cabin where his motorcycle gang have all holed up. Since they did just kidnap her, they kind of have crossed the line of criminals so they must ensure that she doesn't run away. In this book #2 Untamed , I will warn you that it is quite a sexual filled serial and you will read up on all their adventures as sexual deviants. Also if you are not one for m/m sex and multiple sex orgies and reading about others watching while people participate in sex then this is not the book for you. At first I was fine reading it but then since I am not normally one for liking to read about m/m I found it a tad uncomfortable and kind of skimmed over that part.
