Review: Nurse Blood - Rebecca Besser - August 2016 I was drawn to this book on Amazon as it was a freebie and the cover screamed "buy me" as nothing screams a horror/ mystery gruesome read than a female standing on the cover with blood dripping down whilst holding a syringe. The book starts with Daniel walking away with a gorgeous woman and then jabbed with a needle and never to be seen again. A couple of years later, it is Daniel's birthday and we learn that he is a twin and his twin brother David works for the FBI. He has finally got a lead on what happened to his brother as another guy in a different state has gone missing and the MO is the same.  As David unravels the mystery and the missing people who are piling up who vanished without a trace, he realizes that Daniel is dead and he will never see him again as his investigation stumbles onto a group of black-market organ harvesters.
