Review: Two Wrongs Make a Right - Book #1 The Wilmont Sisters - Chloe Liese - November 2022 As we come to the end of the year, I type up a few of my last reviews of books read for 2023. One of my favorite authors is Chloe Liese, I just love that she writes her characters with some sort of disability/disease and shows that it can be normalised and nothing to be ashamed of, she has amazing disability and inclusivity representation. In Two Wrongs Make a Right we meet Bea who is a twin and has autism and Jamie who is Jule's ( Bea's twin) partner's best friend. Jamie has social anxiety. The two are perfect for one another but of course, when they are around each other they happen to bring out the worst of one another. Jules wants her sister to be happy and so does Jamie's roommate so they set them up on a blind date. During the week, the two of them text without actually knowing who the other is as they only have their middle names to go on. Of course, they end up perfect...

Review: The Mistletoe Motive - Chloe Liese - December 2021 Have you ever felt that you just don't quite fit in and that life can be a little awkward sometimes? That you wish there were book characters a little more like you? Then Chloe Liese is the author for you. I love this author as she writes all her characters with some kind of disability representation whether it be a simple medical issue like Diabetes or Celiac disease to a proper disability diagnosis like Deafness or Autism/Aspergers Spectrum. Growing up in my family, my mum and two siblings were on the Autistic spectrum and despite myself not being diagnosed, I do know that I have a couple of traits - very hard not to when the genetic link is very strong. My grandfather, some of his family members, some of my cousins, nephews, etc. The other thing I loved about this book was it covered my favorites from being set in a bookshop to the whole online meeting and #meetcute. Review: If Only You - Book #6 Bergman Brother/Sisters Novel - Chloe Liese - April 2023 If there is one author who I always find represents the disability sector in such an amazing light, it is Chloe Liese. This author does an amazing job as she often writes one of her characters with a disability or illness and you just can't help but fall for that character and feel what they are going through. As someone who grew up in a family where Autism is a genetic trait as my mum had it, my grandad had it and now my two siblings have it as well as my two nephews. I have never been diagnosed but growing up with it being quite a strong link, I definitely can say that I have a few minor traits of being one of the neurodivergent. I have found it awkward to make friends and connect with people which is why I have lots of acquaintances but very few close friends. I also can't handle loud noises and I am not a driver myself as I feel overwhelmed and get very anxious with everything happening...
