Review: Liarholic - Kingsley Ash - April 2020 Wanting an angsty and dark read? It's been a while since I had read a dark book. As I had picked up this book, I didn't expect it to be as dark as it was. The book starts with us meeting Amy and Shepard when they were younger. Amy loved Shepard and saw the good in him, Shepard, on the other hand, was always told he was dark and evil. As they got to their teen years, Shepard did the worst thing possible to push Amy away. The incident was the first thing that broke her heart as she ended up being humiliated.  Six years later and Amy and Shepard are now in their 20's. Amy is living in an estate that is like rehab for addiction and mental health issues as she suffers from severe OCD and nightmares/ panic attacks. Life has been moving at a quiet pace for Amy and she is happy in her bubble, that is until Shepard ends up back in town. He is the new owner of the Estate that Amy has been living in. He is her worst nightmare...
