Review: You're Invited - Amanda Jayatissa - August 2022 This thriller I had been excited to read as though I hadn't read anything by this author before, I loved the whole premise behind it as it's a wedding and then the bride goes missing and several people could have harmed her or are suspects - very much in the same tradition as the classic Agatha Christie stories. The other thing that I loved about this book which added another layer was the fact it was set in Sri Lanka with a wealthy family and so with their weddings as most like their celebrations in general - they always make a big fanfare and fuss about them with a lot leading up to the main event.
