Review: Captive Films - Season One - Episode #6 - Jillian Dodd - December 2014 When all else fails when you are trying to read a book, it's sometimes great to have authors on hand that you know that no matter what you will just slip back into their worlds and characters and enjoy. Me, Jillian Dodd is one of those authors as I have had the Captive Films series on my Kindle for years. In Episode #6, Ariella is at the house planning Keatyn and Aiden's wedding but of course, tensions are about to rise as her first love Riley - the one whose heart she broke along with her own is about to turn up with upcoming actress Jennifer. The night ends of course in drama and Ariella and Riley get the chance to talk about things - this seems like it could be a turning point, but of course, her ex-husband-to-be has to turn up. Will Riley and Ariella miss out on their HEA again? Vanessa and Dawson had a rocky ending in Episode #5, but things have seemed to be patched up as their love continues ...

Review: The Prince - Book #1 Spy Girl Series - Jillian Dodd - April 2016 I was in two minds with this book as I had high hopes as I love teen spy novels and so this sounded right up my alley from the fact that the young girl was 12 years old when her parents died and then sent off to train at a boarding school as a teen spy. The girl then turns 18 and is sent on her first mission - to get close to the prince and protect him. All this sounded great when sadly it wasn't. Our spy girl was made to be like Miss Congeniality and seduce the prince but as she went along with the book, she was like a guy magnet and slept with whoever she wanted and strung plenty of guys along for the sake of it. Yes, she did her job and stopped several assassinations attempts on the prince but still acted like a hoity-toity I'm all that because I'm hot and tough. Review: Captive Films - #Season One - Episode 5 - Jillian Dodd - December 2014 I had a rough time today were 4 of the books I tried to read were DNFs and I was desperate for something to read with my cup of tea, so when all else fails I go back to an oldie I have had on my kindle for ages as they tend to hit that spot and so I came across Book #5 in the Season one of the Captive Films series by Jillian Dodd. I had last read this series back in January 2018 however as I started reading, I was reunited back with my favorite characters and thrust back into their world and it was like I had never left. In Episode #5 - Dawson and Vanessa's relationship has been progressing well but what will happen when Vanessa learns that Dawson had two daughters to Whitney who he hasn't mentioned to her, Keatyn and Aiden have some good news as she is currently pregnant, as those who remember at the end of Book #4 Ariella decided to leave her husband and reunite with Riley - the love who got away...
