Review: Back River Quiver - Alexa Riley and Jessa Kane - May 2018 Trying to clear up my devices last night, I read a few books I knew would be quick reads for myself. One of them was Back River Quiver by Alexa Riley and Jessa Kane. I knew it would be sexy but wasn't 100% sure what else it would contain. I have to admit this was an odd book in a way to read as the book starts with Morgan who is in a bad mood and trying to escape her mother who has just told her she is getting remarried. She finds herself in the backwoods swamp where she is almost eaten by an alligator. She is saved by Rixen who believes that Morgan is the woman of his prayers and will be his gift - as a bride. He takes her to his home and Morgan at first believes she is being kidnapped as what man in his right mind would take a woman and tell her she is now his bride. Review: Two Cabins, One Lake - Book #1 Alaskan Romance - Shaye Marlow - June 2015 I have been a fan of The Wild Ones series, and a friend suggested for me to read Two Cabins, One Lake by Shaye Marlow. Set in Alaska, we meet Helly Hanson. She is a fishing guide during most of the summer, and then in the winter, she lives off her royalties as she also writes Erotic romance. Helly loves living in the middle of nowhere as she can get her writing done with the peace and with hardly any neighbors , she can be left to her own company which she loves. That is until she gets a new neighbor as the oldies across the lake have sold their house to a guy named Gary.  Thus begins kind of an Across the Lake - Neighbour Wars Alaskan style with gunshot holes in her panties, to burning patches of blueberries and being awoken at 4 am by the noise of a chainsaw. Review: Going Wild - Book #2 The Wild Ones - C.M Owens - October 2017 This is one book I have been waiting for and could not wait to get started when it released; I loved Book #1 Becoming a Vincent. When I saw Going Wild, I couldn't wait to get back to the families known as The Wild Ones from Tomahawk. Book #2 features another of the Wild One's Family known as the Malones. Like Lilah Vincent, Kylie Malone is the only female in the Malone clan. Remember Liam from the first book, the guy who moved to Tomahawk for a girl he met in LA. That girl was Kylie Malone and now with Lilah's wedding causing all the Wild One's Families to attend - he can now capture Kylie's attention and eventually her heart. I have to admit I was in two minds about this book as I wanted a story about The Vincent Twins and me did read we get one of them in Book #4.
