Review: Apartment 303 - Kelli Hawkins - March 2023 This book has been one that had been sitting on my list to read for a while as the cover caught my attention after reading Riley Sager's Lock Every Door. This book is set in an apartment building as well. In Apartment 303 lives Rory Johnson who is suffering from PTSD and OCD, it is so bad that she also has slight agoraphobia. With her trauma, she believes that when people get too close to her, they die and that it's all her fault. That is until she meets two of her fellow neighbours Farrah and Simon. The pair of them get to know Rory and soon she finds herself opening up and having the desire to become part of society once again. Review: The Binding Room -Book #2 Inspector Anjelica Henley Series - Nadine Matheson - July 2022 In this particular book, I went in blind not knowing anything about it. Just that it was a mystery read. The book starts with a punch with the first murder scene happening and beware it was pretty gruesome writing. The Binding Room with all its descriptions of the various dead bodies etc is not a book for the faint-hearted. I admired this book for what it was, it had something for everyone and it didn't feel too busy and overdone. The book featured everything from overt to subtle racism with the various skin tones and races of the characters, mental health issues as we ranged from Schizophrenia to Bipolar Disease to Alzheimer's, then we had our thriller aspects from murder to torture to kidnapping. Review: All Your Fault - NJ Moss - June 2021 My feelings for this psychological thriller are conflicted as I write this review because it is a book I managed to finish but the last few chapters, I was like seriously all this because of some tiny thing that happened twenty years ago when you were teenagers, it was overkill. The book started well when Grace and her little sister Hope are outside riding their bikes when Hope is hit by a car and the car speeds off.
