Compared with the other bully romances, the bullying in this particular book was very tame but what I liked for this one is she was a strong character right the way through and had one goal in mind - bringing down the hierarchy or the ones known as the HSE. Madi has started a new school and has gone to live with her Aunt after her mother dies. Madi catches the attention of the elites at a party before school starts. Once it starts, she learns all about them and soon Harmony - the main female character sees her as a threat. Harmony does act out and tries to get revenge and squash Madi down, but what she doesn't realize is that with the advice of her aunt - Madi will externally stay strong even though she is screaming on the inside.
