Review: Flatline - Book #2 Trauma Series - Cassia Brightmore - September 2020 Needing something to keep my interest, I was scrolling through and came across the second book in Cassia Brightmore's series Trauma. I remember loving the first book when I read it and as soon as I opened this book, I was flooded back with the memories as the end of book #1 we saw Cian falling for Athena, Athena and her friend Sab being kidnapped, and then coming back to the hospital. Cian is a doctor who also kills once a month, he is a vigilante and takes out his frustration on those who have escaped the justice system. He does this as he can't kill those who murdered his wife and so he acts out his vengeance on others with his trusted elite team.
