VBT# Forget Me Not - Leah Cupps

Review: Forget Me Not - Leah Cupps - December 2025 There's something deeply personal about discovering an author whose work consistently delivers, only to find yourself standing at a crossroads with their latest release—torn between loyalty and honest reaction. That's exactly where I found myself with Leah Cupps's Forget Me Not. I've devoured quite a few of Leah Cupps's psychological thrillers, so when Zooloos Book Tours offered an advance copy, I didn't hesitate. My excitement doubled when I cracked open the first pages and discovered the story centered on archaeology , a subject that feels like home to me. Growing up, my house was split between my dad's Indiana Jones marathons and my mum's obsession with The Mummy and National Treasure. Adventure, ancient mysteries, and a dash of danger? That's my comfort zone. Forget Me Not opens with Meredith's death, then jumps six months forward to Riley Donovan a woman drowning in grief. She's lost h...

VBT# Now You See Me - Leah Cupps

Review: Now You See Me - Leah Cupps - 2025 As someone who devours psychological thrillers like they're popcorn at a midnight movie marathon, I approached Leah Cupps' "Now You See Me" with the kind of anticipation usually reserved for finding the last chocolate chip cookie in the jar. Having thoroughly enjoyed her previous works, I settled in expecting another mind-bending ride through the twisted corridors of human psychology. The premise certainly hooks you from page one: young Whitley and her brother witness a brutal murder, only to have their world completely shattered when their parents are killed shortly after. The siblings are thrust into the foster care system and cruelly separated, with Whitley's desperate attempts to maintain contact with her brother meeting dead ends at every turn. It's like he simply evaporated into the ether—a phantom himself. Fast-forward eleven years, and Whitley has painstakingly rebuilt her life. She's found love, inched ...

Review: All Crash Down - Book #0.5 Sydney Evans Series - Leah Cupps - June 2021 This was a series where I have previously read Books #1 and 2 and then when I saw that he had a prequel, I was like why not as I did already know how this series ended. I was also in the mind for something quick to read and so All Crash Down was the perfect read for me. This book starts with Syndey Evans living her influencer life and being an Instagram model when she receives a phone call from her brother-in-law Ethan. Ethan has received notification that Jack's plane has crashed and there is no sign of the body or the wreckage. During the book, Sydney tries to find answers but is stonewalled as things don't make sense how could Jack who is an experienced pilot and prepared husband crash his plane and not use any of the life-saving equipment he pointed out and taught Sydney? The other thing that doesn't make sense to Sydney was there was a female on board with Jack who they also can't fin...

They need her to contact Jack and help her locate Alex. Sydney is then thrust back into a world; she had hoped to never be a part of again and made to do things to survive. I have to admit I didn't care much for any of the other characters inclu...
