Fade (Wake Series, Book 2) (Wake Trilogy)

Review:  Fade -Book #2 in The Wake Trilogy- Lisa McMann - 2009

                                                     "Some Nightmares Never End"

For teenagers Janie and Cabel , life seems to only be getting harder , not just in reality but also in dreamworld. If being secret partners together in their jobs as Narcs for the police - Undercover cops as students but they have built a stronger relationship , one that is boyfriend/girlfriend material and no-one can know about that relationship either as if it was to come out in the open - both their careers and lives would be in jeopardy.
Back at School after a nice term break, Janie and Cabel are on a new case as evidence appears that there has been a case of Teacher/Student relationships . When Janie ends up in one of her classmate's dreams , it opens a break in the case.
When Janie ends up exposing them , will her plan backfire and she fins herself in a compromising situation and be over her head?
If that doesn't make matters worse, Janie has discovered a journal that Miss Stubbin kept about dream catching and finds herself looking into a bleak and dark future , way darker than she has ever felt or expected.

Stay Tuned Readers as I review on The Phantom Paragrapher "Book #3- Gone". The final book in the "Wake Trilogy".
