Review: Trolled - Book #8 Internet Famous Collection - M.K Moore - September 2020


After enjoying the Modern Princess Collection which was set at Camelot University and was a take on several different fairytales, when I read that the authors had another collection called Internet Famous. As soon as I also saw that it was related to internet culture, that was also held an immediate interest in reading the series. Trolled is based on the fairytale of Snow White. In Trolled we meet Jensen whom as a teenager his parents were killed and he ended up as an 18-year-old looking after his younger brothers. Something Jensen was good at was gaming and so he began streaming and built himself an empire and a great following to help support his family. Of course, streaming doesn't come without its trolls and one in particular Jessica has captured Jensen's attention and soon Jensen starts to game just so he can be trolled by Jessica. What will happen though when he learns that she lives close to him? Will this gamer and troll end up a HEA? Find out in Trolled - Book #8 of the Internet Famous Collection. The other awesome thing about this series is that each book can be read as a stand-alone.

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. We also catch a glimpse during this book of her past and why Aiden King's father blames her for his mother's death and why Aiden considered Elsa a ghost. Review: Dr. Strange Beard - Book #5 Winston Brothers Series - Penny Reid - July 2018 If there is a family that I love to read about it has been the Winston Brothers. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
