Bourbon Deceit (Bourbon, #2)

Review: Bourbon Deceit - Book #2 Jett Girl Series - Meghan Quinn - October 2017

Lo aka Goldie is falling deeper in love with Jett and is busy becoming a full-blown Jett Girl. The thing is though that Jett doesn't do love and he was never supposed to fall in love with Goldie. What makes matter worst is that his best friend Kace is also in love with Goldie, but he knows as long as Jett is around he can never have her and is trying so hard to distance himself from her. In Bourbon Deceit, we read more about Jett's bid to get Lot 17 and develop it into a boys/girls club and how his father is still trying to bribe his way to the top and undermine Jett as he wants the location to build a high-rise. Jett's dad has never had anything to hold over Jett until now, he has realized that his son loves Goldie and now Jett's dad as issued an ultimatum the Lot 17 or Goldie. Who will Jett choose as this Lot means the world to him, can he keep both or in protecting Goldie will he push her away and lose her anyway? Now that the ultimatum has been issued, Goldie is on the open market for mean guys like Rex Titan who stole Jett's ex Natasha and now has been gunning for ownership of Goldie as well. Bourbon Deceit is a low-level BDSM novel and romantic suspense set in the heart of NOLA. I loved reading Bourbon Deceit as it brought back awesome memories of strolling through Jackson Square and down Bourbon street. If you love romance reads and BDSM stories, then check out Book #2 in the Becoming a Jett Girl series by Meghan Quinn today.
