Review: Mother's Instinct - Barbara Abel - Reprinted 2023 Imagine you and your next-door neighbors become the best of friends, so much that you practically live at each other's houses and then you end up getting pregnant at the same time and both have boys who become like brothers and they both have names starting with "M" - Max and Milo. The boys grow up and are inseparable, that is until tragedy happens and one of those boys ends up dying. One family grieves, while the other tries to protect their son and then eventually the parent with the child starts to get paranoid that something might happen to her son, as you know a "Mother's Instinct" is strong. Mother's Instinct was a twisted read that the ending blew me away as I didn't see that coming. Upon more research after finishing the book, I saw that it had been made into a Belgium movie and it's also being made into a US movie starring Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain. Reading the boo...
